Your subscription
Nator Pro costs USD 5 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes and the total charge are shown at checkout. Payments, receipts and subscription management are provided by Creem as merchant of record. A subscription becomes active after payment is verified.
Each paid monthly period includes 8,000 AI-assisted video mins, shared by translation and narration. Unused mins do not roll over and have no cash value. Usage is based on source-video time during AI-assisted playback. Translation and narration share this allowance rather than charging separately when both are shown. Paused playback, seeking, ads and buffering do not count. Replaying an AI-assisted interval may consume allowance again. Cached results can be viewed without new inference. Remaining allowance and the reset date are available in your account.
Managing billing
Open Manage subscription to access Creem’s customer portal, change your payment method or cancel. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancellation and refund requests are separate; see our refund policy. Resolve active subscriptions and pending checkouts before deleting your Nator account so payments do not continue without an account.
AI acceptable use
Our AI Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Do not use Nator AI translations or explanations for pornography, sexually explicit or graphic sexual content, erotic roleplay, sexual NSFW material, sexualized minors or non-consensual sexual content. Illegal harm, fraud, targeted abuse and privacy violations are also prohibited. Non-graphic medical, reproductive-health, consent and factual education is allowed; isolated anatomical or quoted words are not automatically prohibited.
Nator uses input and output text checks and model refusal instructions to restrict prohibited AI work. A recognized violation stops the AI task; available basic YouTube subtitles may remain visible. Detection has language and context limitations and is not guaranteed. We may review reports and restrict abusive service access; Free and Pro have the same content restrictions. For reports or review requests contact nator@aplomo.ai. This policy limits Nator AI, not YouTube itself.
Using Nator
Nator provides subtitles and contextual explanations for supported YouTube videos with available captions. Availability depends on the video, caption language, browser and service capacity. AI output may contain errors; verify important information. You are responsible for having permission to process the content you use. Do not share accounts, resell access, automate bulk extraction, bypass limits or use the service unlawfully.
We may restrict abusive usage or temporarily interrupt processing for maintenance or provider failures. Your purchased monthly allowance does not guarantee simultaneous bulk processing or support for every video. If paid service cannot be delivered, contact us for resolution. Changes to recurring prices will be disclosed before they apply; the checkout terms govern your purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
